I would say them STALKERS X BOLT arrows are damn near best on the market. Accurate, Reliable and have great Penetration.
The best way is to get one set of a dozen arrows, put 6 broadheads for the ones you want to hunt with and field tips for target practice. It’s not a good idea to have different sets because they’ll behave differently. The amount of money you specified will land you in between the top end aluminum and the low end carbon. Given that choice I’d go for mid tier aluminum and save some money. Low end carbons are really bad, bad tolerances, and bad durability. Go for something like the Easton Gamegetter or the Platinum Plus. They come in different sizes, the size is a 4 digit number like 2014, the 20 is the diameter, and the 14 is the wall thickness. For durable arrow, try to get a set with wall thickness over 14, 16 is good, 18 if you can still find it, is best.
