I’d go with Cabela’s if we’re talking about pick of the litter. But I personally shoot a Parker Buckhunter XP. It was my first bow and I don’t think I’d ever get another one unless I absolutely had to.

I Would Grab A Parker WildFire Xp for the price and proformance you can beat it and buy the way its a Matthews Drenelin
the Genesis is not a deer hunting bow it will work for target archery but does not have enough strength behind it to take down a deer (maximum draw weight is 25 lbs) a Genesis is a bow to get people interested in archery. If you are looking for a first bow look at Browning Micro Midas it is adjustable in draw weight and draw length up to 35-40 lbs. Not knowing your age that is the best recommendation I can make. If you would like ot contact me with other info I might be able to offer some other suggestions. Don’t expect to buy a bow now and get a deer this year ….you need lots of practice to know what your arrow is going to do before you go out to hunt a deer.
