Quit using a bow and use a gun next time, it wont hurt your collarbone unless you put it there

<a href=""></a>

There are a few things in life that are unlike any others and require specific muscles to accomplish. Rock climbing is one, archery is another. You never use those muscles for anything else so they'll be sore. Take a couple days off and then start shooting every other day. Over time you'll be able to shoot for a much longer time and it won't hurt.

There is nothing wrong except you jumped into it and shot too much too soon. Lay off a while and just shoot a few arrows a day, and every few days add a few shots to your shooting session. The muscles you use in bowshooting are not normally used in the course of everyday life. You will have to gradually build up to the extended shooting sessions.
